If you have an account with us which you no longer require, please let us know at your earliest convenience and we will close it and delete any personal data that relates to you other than that we are required to keep by law.

Setting Up An Account

If you live in the UK:

You will be able to browse our website at your convenience, but if you would like to place an order you will need to set up a free account when you get to the checkout area on the website. Please fill in all the requested fields on the account set up form and when you submit it you will receive a welcome email to confirm your account has been set up.

You must be aged 18 or over to set up an account on our website.

Once you have set up your account you will be able to enjoy our fantastic benefits including:

We don’t currently ship outside of the UK therefore you won’t be able to set up an account. If you would like to purchase our products, you can do this through our fantastic network of retailers. If you’d like to receive regular updates of our latest news and events plus an exclusive free digital download stamp for you to print and colour, just sign up to our newsletter from the homepage.

Make-It! Rewards

Only available for orders delivered within the UK. Your Make-it! Rewards 100 free points will be allocated to your ‘my account’ section on the website when you place your first order.

You can also keep track of your earned and redeemed reward points from your ‘my account’. You will need to log into your website account from the Sign In icon at the top of the homepage to access your ‘my account’.

You can redeem your reward points in your basket in lots of 10 points per order to give you a 10% discount. A maximum of 10 reward points can be redeemed on each order. The 10% discount is eligible on the cost of goods only and excludes any shipping costs.

You will also earn reward points every time you shop with us, every £1 spent earns 1 point!

Offers

We update our offers regularly to give you fantastic deals across our extensive range of products. It’s a great way to stock up on your favourites or try something new. PLUS, you will also earn reward points on the offer products you purchase!

Offers are only available for orders delivered within the UK and will either be run in the form of coupon codes giving you a discount which you redeem at the checkout or on the products themselves in a variety of ways depending on each offer. There could be a discount on a particular product collection or buy 3 products for the price of 2 products for example. These types of offers will show on the products in your basket.

When multiple offers are available, whether it’s a coupon code or a product based offer, only one offer can be used per order. For product based offers you can also apply your Make-it! Rewards discount if you have enough available points to redeem. You can redeem your rewards discount in your basket in lots of 10 points per order to give you a 10% discount. A maximum of 10 points can be redeemed on each order. The 10% discount is eligible on the cost of goods only and excludes any shipping costs.

Offers are run on a whilst stocks last basis and we reserve the right to remove the offer at any time without warning.

Offers are only available on orders placed via the website.

Offer discounts and promotions may not be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.

Offer coupons will have a one-time use per registered account.

In the event your offer coupon is not working or you have a query with an offer, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Changing Your Personal Details

When you set up an account your personal details will be saved. It’s important to ensure that these details are correct before you place your order. To do this please visit your ‘My Account’ area on the website and check that we have your correct name, telephone number, contact email, billing address and delivery address so that your order can be dispatched to you in a timely and error free manner. You can update your details from your ‘My Account’. If your details aren’t correct at the time you place your order, Creative Expressions cannot be held responsible for any errors or losses resulting from this.

Logging Into Your Account

Once you’ve set up your account, you can log into it from the website homepage. There is a Sign In icon at the top of the page.

Pricing and Stock Availability

You will be able to see GBP RRP pricing inclusive of VAT on the website. All pricing may be subject to change.

All orders are accepted subject to the availability of the products. We may from time to time need to ship less products than you ordered. In this instance if your order included an offer that was dependent on a specific quantity, we will honour the promotion discount for the offer stock quantity shipped.

Your Completed Order email will have your paid invoice attached, which will show the product quantity shipped. If there are less products than you ordered, the amount you paid will have been adjusted accordingly.

Ordering and Paying For Your Order

All orders must be placed via our website. If you notice you have made an error with your order and have not yet received your Completed Order email with your paid invoice attached from us, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Our payment options include Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards through Opayo and PayPal.

Cleared funds are required before your order can be processed and dispatched.

We will aim to process your order within 1 working day, please note our warehouse facility isn’t open at the weekend.

Out Of Stock Products And Adding To Orders

If products are out of stock at the time of placing your order, there’s an ‘Email Me When In’ click button by the product on the website, which will notify you when a product is back in stock. You will need to be logged into your website account to see this option.

You will not be able to add products to an order once you have proceeded through checkout and paid.

Delivery Details

We use EVRi as our courier and through them your order delivery is fully tracked. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from EVRi with information on how you can track the progress of it. You can also track the delivery status from your ‘My Account’ area on the website.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please refer to ‘our ‘Returns Policy’ for guidance in the first instance.

We’ve taken care to ensure that the product images we use on our website and marketing communications are a good representation of the actual products. However, we cannot guarantee that the actual product or product colour may not vary slightly from those images.

Product Packaging

The packaging style and/or content information may change over time for the following reasons:

  • To reflect changes in the relevant laws and regulatory requirements
  • To implement minor technical adjustments and improvements. These changes will not affect the use of the product
  • To refresh the branding/styling

Your Right To Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered and you do not need to give us a reason for cancelling it.

If you haven’t yet received your Completed Order email from us with your paid invoice attached, please contact us at the Creative Expressions office for assistance.

If you have received your Completed Order email with your paid invoice attached, please read and follow the steps outlined in our Returns Policy below for non damaged or non faulty products, which explains what you need to do and how we will refund you.

Returns Policy

For non damaged or non faulty products

We want you to be completely happy with the purchases you make from us and we offer a 30 day returns policy where we will refund your purchase price including any shipping paid on the original order.

To qualify for the refund, product/s must have been purchased from the Creative Expressions Website and arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of the original paid invoice date, unopened, unused, and undamaged.

Please follow these steps

  1. In your ‘My Account’ area, go to ‘My Orders’, find the order that contains the product/s you would like to return and click the Invoice button.
  2. Print off the invoice and fill in the returns quantity column with the quantity of each product you would like to return and include this in your parcel as the returns note.
  3. Cut out the Creative Expressions returns address at the bottom of your printed invoice and attach it securely to your parcel.
  4. Please pack the product/s carefully to avoid damage in transit. Returns shipping costs are your responsibility and any products that have been damaged in transit will not be accepted for return.
  5. Please send your returns parcel by a trackable method and hold onto your proof of postage until we have confirmed via email that your refund has been processed.

We will issue a refund and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving your returned product/s.

Please note: we cannot refund digital purchases.

Damaged or faulty products

We have a rigorous quality control process, but if you find that your ordered product/s are damaged or faulty you may return them to us for a refund or a replacement. Please note: we do not accept responsibility for product/s that were not purchased from the Creative Expressions Website.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at sales@creative-expressions.uk.com within 3 working days of the date you received your order with the following information:  your account name, order number, the code of the product/s, the problem with the product/s, a photo which we will use to determine if we would like the product/s returning to us and if you would like a refund or a replacement.
  2. We will email you and advise if we would like the product/s returning to us.
  3. For any product/s being returned, we will email you a pre-paid returns shipping label for you to print out and attach securely to your parcel and take to an EVRi drop off point, which you can find via their website.

Depending on your indicated selection, we will either refund your purchase price including any shipping paid on the original order and a credit will be applied to your original payment method or we will send you replacement product/s within 7 working days of our email. Where replacement product/s are not available we will issue a refund.

Shortages from an order

There may be rare occasions where we cannot fulfil your order. In these instances, your paid invoice will illustrate the product/s that have been shipped and the amount you have paid accordingly. Please note: if your order included a promotion that was dependent on a specific quantity, we will honour the promotion discount for the stock quantity shipped.

Shortages from a delivery

Despite our thorough picking and packing procedures, very occasionally items may be missed or incorrect. Please email us at sales@creative-expressions.uk.com to notify us of any issues within 3 working days of the date you received your order with the following information:  your account name, order number, the code of the product/s and whether they were missing or incorrect.

We will email you confirming that if available, the missing or incorrect product/s will be sent to you or where not available we will issue a refund and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Missing Deliveries

If an order does not get delivered to you, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at sales@creative-expressions.uk.com within 5 working days of receiving your delivery notification email for your order.
  2. We will investigate the missing delivery and either rearrange the delivery date where possible or resend the order to you. If we are not able to resend the order due to stock availability, we will issue a refund and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 working days of us notifying you.
