Terms & Conditions Summary

  • To apply for a Trade Account you will need an existing or close to opening bricks and mortar or online store, which must have its own domain/URL
  • Once your Trade Account is set up, your first order must be a minimum of USD 350.00 or €350.00 depending on which currency you pay in*
  • Following orders must be a minimum of USD 250.00 or €250.00 depending on which currency you pay in*

*excluding VAT and after any discounts have been applied (where applicable)

  • All goods remain the property of Creative Expressions until all invoices are paid in full
  • We usually dispatch orders placed through our website within 2 working days. At particularly busy times, we may occasionally take a little longer but we will always despatch online orders within a maximum of 5 working days
  • You will not be able to add products to an order once you have proceeded through checkout
  • The sale of our goods is permitted from your premises, on your website or through approved third-party resellers only. An up-to-date list of approved third-party resellers is available on request and may be subject to change
  • We do not operate a Sale or Return Policy. Therefore, goods delivered correctly against an order cannot be returned for credit except in the case of faulty or damaged goods
  • Claims for damaged goods must be communicated to us within 3 working days of receiving your delivery, providing photos is compulsory
  • Items missing from your delivery that have been paid for or invoiced must be reported to us within 3 working days of the date you received the delivery
  • If an order doesn’t get delivered to you, please ensure to report it to us within 14 days of placing the order
  • Our Terms and Conditions Policy which details trading information in full, will be sent to you once we have received your Trade Account Application Form and have discussed it with you
